Staff Clinical Product Specialist

Role Overview:

• Provide clinical leadership at the intersection of patient safety, clinical documentation, and AI-enabled product development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical soundness and rigorous evaluation of AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and Engineering on clinical decisions for Trust & Safety and error-detection.
• Monitor errors in AI-generated clinical summaries and conduct root cause analysis.
• Provide clinical leadership for SafeRead human-in-the-loop review system.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with at least 5 years of patient-care experience, including 2 years of inpatient care.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, patient safety, and healthcare quality.
• Experience analyzing quality data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
