About the Role:
- You will be the first dedicated clinical hire, bridging clinical expertise with product and AI.
- You will define clinical quality and ensure our AI products are safe, useful, and trusted by doctors.
What You'll Do:
- Shape what we build by embedding doctors' workflows and feedback into product decisions.
- Define clinical quality bars, evaluate model outputs, and direct clinical evaluation.
- Work with ML, regulatory, and engineering teams to keep products safe and scalable.
What We're Looking For:
- A medical degree and meaningful clinical practice experience.
- Experience building digital health or AI products, turning clinical problems into product decisions.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to communicate across clinical, technical, and regulatory teams.
