New Software Engineer (Senior Staff)

Phaidra is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to join its Engineering leadership team. Responsibilities include: owning the north star architecture for our software systems, leading large scale technology efforts across multiple teams, setting global development standards and practices, driving a culture of customer obsession, identifying customer use cases, leading process engineering initiatives, leading tooling ideation and prototyping efforts, and leading the banner for operational excellence across the org. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a deeply technical role, 2+ years of experience as a leading technologist, and expertise in building and operating large scale distributed systems. Experience with real-time AI/ML systems and industrial control systems is a plus.
