About the Role:
- As an Ecommerce Performance Marketing Specialist, you will lead cross-channel acquisition and profitable growth across a portfolio of brands.
- You will drive expansion using Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, focusing on unit economics and revenue scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive scalable customer acquisition across Meta Ads, TikTok/TikTok Shop, and Google Ads.
- Manage multi-brand growth, balancing paid, organic, and affiliate strategies.
- Optimize CAC, AOV, and conversion rates to ensure profitable ecommerce growth.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with multi-channel expertise.
- Proven track record in driving profitable GMV growth and managing ad budgets.
- Hands-on experience with Google Shopping, Performance Max, and TikTok Shop creator partnerships.
