Engineering Manager (Learn Product)

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the development of the Learn product across web and mobile platforms, the core of DataCamp’s mission. You’ll partner closely with Product and Design to shape the team’s direction, drive execution, and continuously improve how we build and ship high-quality learner experiences. As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional product engineering team, in close collaboration with Product, Design, and other teams across the company. Your primary mission is to ensure the team delivers high-quality software that delights learners, while cultivating a culture of ownership and urgency. You will also play a key role in driving the technical roadmap, balancing new feature development with platform robustness and performance, and ensuring engineering best practices are followed.
