We are seeking an individual with a strong background in commercial contracts relevant to a technology company as it relates to our customers and vendors. As our Commercial Counsel, you will support internal business partners and assist on a broad variety of transactional matters in a growing technology company. You will lead drafting and negotiation on a broad range of agreements, collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to shepherd deals to completion and provide day-to-day commercial legal support.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the development of the Learn product across web and mobile platforms, the core of DataCamp’s mission. You’ll partner closely with Product and Design to shape the team’s direction, drive execution, and continuously improve how we build and ship high-quality learner experiences.
