Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zendesk Developer with 5-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Zendesk solutions. What you can expect to do include designing and architecting Zendesk solutions to meet the organization's customer service and support requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes. Configure and customize Zendesk features, including ticketing, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
Additionally, you will develop and maintain Zendesk apps and integrations using Zendesk APIs and developer tools. Optimize Zendesk configurations for scalability, performance, and usability. Provide technical guidance and best practices to support teams and end users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zendesk configuration, integrations, and functionality. Stay current with Zendesk platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
