About the Role:
- This role reports directly to the CFO and sits in our Finance team.
- You'll be our first dedicated hire in risk oversight and treasury, building capability from scratch.
What You'll Do:
- Establish independent oversight and challenge of trading and portfolio risk processes.
- Build short and long-term liquidity models, including collateral, margin calls, and credit facilities.
- Embed cost of capital into commercial pricing decisions and drive automation.
What We're Looking For:
- Risk management or treasury experience from a fintech or digital-native environment.
- Knowledge of energy markets, trading, and risk management.
- Data literate with confidence communicating to senior stakeholders and funding partners.
