The Role:
- You will join the 2nd Line Prudential Risk Oversight team, supporting the Senior Manager in overseeing ICAAP, Recovery Plan, and Resolution Planning.
- You will work alongside 1st Line Financial Risk to provide expert oversight and challenge on prudential regulatory deliverables.
What You'll Do:
- Interpret and assess the impact of regulatory change, ensuring it is applied correctly across the bank.
- Review financial models in G-Sheets and Anaplan, running sensitivity analysis and forming insights and recommendations.
- Produce reports and options for key risk committees and the Board on Monzo's financial position and controls.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant prudential experience within a bank, consultancy, or regulatory body.
- Advanced Excel/G-sheet skills and experience building or reviewing financial models.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to provide robust, informed challenge.
