Training Development
The Role:
- Drive and continuously improve the performance of Monzo’s savings products.
- Analyze pricing elasticity, acquisition, and retention data to model trade-offs and optimize growth vs. profitability.
- Develop and maintain core pricing datasets and Looker dashboards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in pricing, portfolio management, or commercial product management within UK retail banking or fintech.
- Highly analytical with data skills using tools like SQL, Python, or Looker.
- Comfortable translating complex financial data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
What We Offer:
