Fractional Treasury Analyst (Advisory Network)

Role Overview:

• This is an opportunity to join Arootah’s advisor network for fractional treasury engagements with alternative investment clients.
• Advisors are deployed on project-based assignments when client needs match their expertise; joining does not guarantee placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design treasury operations frameworks, reconciliation processes, and NAV oversight procedures for hedge funds, private equity, and family offices.
• Build collateral management monitoring systems, counterparty management frameworks, and treasury reporting tools.
• Train teams on treasury best practices and support special projects like system evaluations and process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in alternative asset manager middle office, administrator, investment bank, or prime broker.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros) and Bloomberg data functions; familiarity with Aladdin, Charles River, or Bloomberg AIM is a plus.
• Strong understanding of fixed income, OTC derivatives, and P&L components across security types.

Compensation & Engagement:

• This is a contract, remote role with an hourly rate of $150–$300.
• Advisors are engaged on an as-needed basis based on client demand and fit; no guarantee of placement.
