Weβre looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager whoβs equal parts strategist and executor. This is a hands-on role focused on driving pipeline and revenue through intelligent email marketing and full-funnel lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate will bring a modern, AI-powered approach to both email and lifecycle marketing, with a strong understanding of CRO and a performance-driven mindset.
This role sits on the Demand Generation and ABM team. You will lead both the strategy and execution of email and lifecycle campaigns aimed at creating pipeline from high-intent enterprise and mid-market prospects, while expanding value from existing customers. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are aligned with GTM priorities and tied to measurable business outcomes.
The candidate will own outbound and nurture email programs for prospects and open opportunities, build segmented, AI-personalized nurture tracks based on funnel stage, persona, and behavioral intent, develop re-engagement campaigns, and run A/B tests. The candidate will also design and optimize onboarding, retention, and expansion campaigns and will use AI to accelerate content production and personalization.
