Project Manager - Art Team

Typical day:

• First, you will have to go through your emails to follow any ongoing development on the projects you are managing.
• You'll then meet with the team, discuss ongoing tasks, and make sure our planning and projections are up to date.
• You might need to sit down with particular team members to clarify the challenges and bottlenecks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with partners and clients, in Japanese and English, and in a timely manner.
• Keep a cool head. The project manager is like an orchestra’s maestro: you set the tone and pace of work.
• Task management: Assign tasks according to the schedule, provide relevant and clear feedback, and manage priorities according to the latest developments.

Qualifications:

• Japanese and English fluency.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow existing processes.
• A keen eye for details to quality check all the outgoing work and provide constructive feedback for fixes.
