Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Co-facilitate virtual shared medical appointments and individual appointments by providing clinical assessments and medication management.
• Conduct new patient evaluations, treatment plans, and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Active California NP/PA license, DEA license, and current BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of addiction medicine experience and proficiency with telehealth documentation.

Schedule & Location:

• Fully remote role with a 4x10 schedule, 8am-6pm PST.
• Must be licensed in California; willingness to obtain additional state licensure a plus.
