Manager Demand & Supply Planning (m/f/d)

Lead the Demand & Supply Planning Team, enhance their planning capabilities, and provide agile support for tactical business requirements and daily operations. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in Demand & Supply Planning with a focus on operational excellence. Identify operational gaps and risks, establish standards for risk mitigation measures, and support your Team in achieving their goals. Foster strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with departments such as Strategic Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Suppliers. Continuously develop our supply chain by contributing to projects, for example, in collaboration with our Supply Chain Excellence Team.
