Responsibilities:

  • Develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and contract objectives, and research, interpret, analyze, and apply acquisition regulations.
  • Plan and schedule work to promote smooth flow, identify need for changes in priorities, and assign work to subordinates based on organization priorities.
  • Provide technical and administrative supervision, hear and resolve employee complaints, and accept, amend, or reject work presented by subordinates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and active Confidential clearance required.
  • 10-12 years of experience as a Program Manager/Manager/Principal Contracts Specialist supporting large DoD programs.
  • Experience with Government regulations, FAR, and DFARS, and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Certification or equivalent.
