Senior Manager, Deployment Canada

What You Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Deployment Specialists and Managers, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and performance management.
• Own delivery standards across numerous teams, including tooling, documentation practices, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and capacity planning across Deployment and Data Migration & Integration to ensure delivery commitments are met.

What You Bring:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field; 8–12 years of experience in technical delivery or deployment, with 3-5 years in people management.
• Strong technical proficiency across Linux, AWS, and Azure, along with scripting and database deployment experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain high-performing teams through clear goal-setting, coaching, and performance management.
