About the Role:
- Lead analytics for HighLevel's AI pillar, building instrumentation and measurement from the ground up.
- Define feature-level KPIs and success metrics for Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI Employee, and Ask AI.
Responsibilities:
- Own instrumentation coverage by defining events and properties and driving them into the roadmap with PMs and engineering.
- Partner with the Experimentation & Causal Inference lead to design and read AI experiments, including non-deterministic systems.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations and flag data gaps to Analytics Engineering.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in product analytics or data science with hands-on metric ownership.
- Strong SQL and working Python, with experience in Snowflake and dbt.
- Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based product features is a plus.
Success Metrics:
- AI surfaces are instrumented to a measurable standard with closed coverage gaps.
- Each AI product has trusted feature-level KPIs, and AI PMs make roadmap calls based on analysis.
