Role Overview:
- Build the data pipelines, models, and dashboards that make CX data trustworthy and self-serve.
- Answer causal questions about what actually moves customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead ambiguous problems, design measurement frameworks, and enforce data integrity.
- Partner with CX leaders, data science, and engineering to align on strategy.
- Develop and scale reporting using DBT, Snowflake, and Streamlit.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Governance.
- Strong SQL and Python proficiency, experience with Snowflake.
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted analytics outputs and governance.
