Role Overview:
- HighLevel's AI portfolio spans conversational agents, voice agents, and copilots, sold as bundles and pay-per-use.
- As Senior Product Analyst, you own the measurement of this portfolio, including business reviews, metric definitions, and performance reporting.
- You will write SQL against ClickHouse and Snowflake, build reporting in Superset, and ensure data accuracy before decisions are made.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the recurring business review, building analysis and presenting results to product leadership.
- Define and document metrics for each AI product, including activation, adoption, north star, and penetration.
- Build and maintain Superset datasets, charts, and dashboards, and audit for hardcoded filters or stale definitions.
Analytics and Insights:
- Analyze retention, cohort behavior, and adoption funnels at the sub-account level.
- Build unit economics of AI usage, converting token consumption into model costs and reporting margins.
- Reconcile discrepancies between data sources and specify instrumentation with PMs before feature launches.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least six years in product or business analytics, with strong SQL including multi-CTEs, window functions, and semi-structured JSON.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (ClickHouse, Snowflake) and BI tools (Superset or Tableau).
- Familiarity with product analytics tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, and a solid grasp of SaaS metrics and experiment design.
