Senior Analytics Engineer

Your Role:

• Own product analytics and customer success domains, ensuring every metric like WAU, adoption depth, and NRR resolves to one governed definition.
• Build models on the foundational data layer, instrument alerting, and maintain documentation for all models and metrics.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Product and Customer Success to turn ambiguous questions into durable models.
• Partner with analysts, stand up internal AI agents, and build patterns in Omni and Hex for stakeholder self-service.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in analytics engineering with strong SQL, dbt expertise, and experience with Snowflake and semantic layers like Omni or Hex.
• Experience modeling product usage and customer lifecycle data, and proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
