Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will play an integral part in the accounting close and reporting process by assisting the team to implement an effective month-end and quarter-end close process. You will prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules (cash, accruals, other assets, allocations) on a timely basis. You will play an active role in process improvement projects including implementation of enhancements to our ERP systems and processes. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to help implement company policies and processes (i.e. vendor and expense processes). You will engage in revenue operation including invoice creations, revenue recognition, collections and supporting our customer questions. You will review tax deadlines, set tax calendars, assist the team in compiling support for our tax consultants and address related questions. You will support our procurement process — manage vendor relationships, create purchase orders, make timely payments, and answer questions from vendors and employees. You will pay domestic and international employees in an accurately and timely manner and assist with special projects and accounting research as necessary.
