Job Description

The Director of Brand will architect Sprinto’s brand narrative, voice, and positioning to establish the company as a leader in the B2B SaaS market. This role involves driving storytelling across all customer-facing and internal channels, ensuring a consistent brand experience across marketing campaigns, social media, PR, website, product UI, events, and internal communications. The Director will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Design, Sales/GTM, and executive leadership to align brand initiatives with business goals and ensure Sprinto’s messaging is unified and impactful. Key responsibilities include owning Sprinto’s brand architecture, developing brand voice and visual identity, crafting and championing Sprinto’s brand narrative, collaborating with various teams to infuse the brand into launches and campaigns, owning social media and communications, providing leadership on creative output, establishing brand guidelines, and defining key brand performance metrics.
