Head of Payment Operations

We are seeking an experienced Head of Payment Operations to lead and expand Finix’s U.S. and Canadian partnerships with sponsor banks and card networks. This role is critical to strengthening relationships with key industry players, driving strategic initiatives, and reinforcing Finix’s position at the forefront of payments innovation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the payments ecosystem, a strong track record in high-level negotiations, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the strategic, commercial, and the day-to-day aspects of finix’s bank and card network partnerships. Manage and expand our U.S. and Canadian sponsor bank partnerships Manage and expand relationships with major card brands (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) Act as the primary escalation point for operating and technology challenges with card brands, ensuring swift resolution.
