Job Description
As a member of Arista's Advanced Services team, you are a trusted technical authority for our most strategic customers. Reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager, you will partner with a world- class team of field engineers, technical leaders, and product experts. Your primary focus is on the post-sales success of our customers, ensuring their network designs are robust, their deployments are seamless, and their operations are optimized. This is a customer-facing role, frequently engaging with clients at their sites to build trust and drive projects forward. You will work in tight collaboration with our Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Software Development teams to represent the customer's voice, influencing product direction and service offerings. You will also develop and implement network automation workflows and act as a technical advocate for the customer, providing an expert interface to Arista TAC and internal development. The role is a blend of deep post-sales engineering and strategic pre-sales support, with an approximate 70% focus on post-sales activities.
