Serve as the program owner and operational leader within UPSTACK Technology, ensuring goals are clear, milestones are met, and stakeholders are aligned. Translate big-picture strategy into detailed execution plans with documentation, accountability frameworks, and consistent follow-through. Build, manage, and optimize systems and workflows that drive progress across initiatives. Launch and support Centers of Excellence, including drafting charters, establishing steering committees, and managing collaboration across functional areas. Act as a change agent to embed structure, consistency, and process excellence into evolving teams.
