Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, isolate, and diagnose network/systems problems.
- Resolve problems immediately.
- Maintain current technical skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience working in a technical field
- CCNP Certification preferred
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of routing protocols (IP, EIRGP, OSPF, BGP).
- Ability to perform basic protocol analysis using a LAN analyzer.
- Knowledge of WAN and LAN Concepts.
