Responsibilities:
- Pull key information from contracts into various formats for upload into SalesForce and analytical databases.
- Develop and update Statement of Work templates for HealthProof and HealthEdge, testing and uploading into Summize.
- Inventory historical contracts manually or with Clause Manager to organize details for easy reference.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, and Sales Operations to ensure document accuracy.
- Capture customer requirements and facilitate development of data and information packaging.
- Assign and track action items for subject matter experts across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree and 0-2+ years of experience in healthcare sales and software.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, using technology like AI tools and CSV files.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams.
