- Act as the main client liaison, building stakeholder relationships and understanding business goals to tailor consulting services.
- Create project/sprint plans, define resource needs, track milestones, and manage budgets, forecasts, travel, and expenses.
- Lead teams of 2-20, provide coaching, enforce standards, and consolidate varied viewpoints to ensure project success.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience and a solid grasp of methodologies like PMBOK, Traditional, Agile, and SCRUM.
- Strong budget development skills, excellent communication for all organizational levels, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Flexibility across industries, frameworks, and project scopes, plus a strong understanding of technology solutions in business contexts.
