The Solution Architect is a key role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions that meet the strategic and operational needs of an organization. This role involves working closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient cloud architectures leveraging cloud services and best practices.
The Sales Director leads a team of Account Executives focused on growing IT products, services, and managed services. You will be responsible for establishing sales support processes and support activities including analytics, pipeline review and reporting, and monitoring sales staff performance. You must have the ability to work well with sales operations, lead generation teams, finance, and operations.

The Cisco Subscription & Enterprise Agreement Manager will drive our sales and grow the Cisco annuity software business, focusing on the development and growth of NRIβs Cisco annuities software practice. They will work closely with sales and pre-sales engineering teams to expand NRIβs enterprise agreement business by building and presenting software enterprise agreements to NRI customers, providing support for changes and expansions to existing NRI software contracts, and maintaining professional and technical knowledge through trainings.
The Senior Solution Architect is an important member of our Pre-Sales team and works directly with customers, assist account managers in sales calls and business development, recommend business and technical solutions, and create statements of work. This is a customer-facing role with opportunities to shape the way we engage clients, deliver projects, and adopt new technologies.
The Channel Account Manager is responsible for supporting directly revenue generating activities at NRI. This role supports Cosell activities between NRI and Microsoft, as measured by new leads from Microsoft, new customer acquisition efforts, and opportunity growth and acceleration. Within Digital Alliances, this role will work closely with Digital Alliances Operations and the Microsoft Programs to drive an increase in activity between NRI and Microsoft.
