Risk Management Program Lead II - Bank Partnerships

As the Program Lead II, you will support the execution of our bank partnerships within the Risk Management function and ensure alignment with internal risk standards and partner expectations. This role is highly collaborative, working cross-functionally to support initiatives that mitigate risk, improve operational alignment with our partners, and advance business objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day relationship management with bank partners, coordinating internal responses to external bank partner requests, and assisting in designing scalable tools and processes to support bank partnership oversight. The role also involves tracking partnership initiatives, maintaining an inventory of partner obligations, and preparing risk reports. Additionally, the Program Lead II contributes to the execution of second line risk programs, monitoring KPIs for bank partnerships, and supporting policies and procedures for partnership oversight. The person should have 5+ years of experience in financial services, experience with risk/partnership programs, knowledge of third-party risk management, and strong communication skills.
