Director, Project Management

Insomniac Games is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead and develop a top-tier Project Management Department. The role involves ensuring timely and within-budget project deliveries through strategic planning and team leadership. The director will collaborate with Studio Leaders, Project Leaders, and Project Managers. Key responsibilities include ensuring project quality and studio sustainability, creating macro development schedules, anticipating and resolving schedule overruns, and evaluating staffing strategies. The director will also direct professional development, advocate for studio cultural values, improve studio efficiency, and ensure organizational cohesiveness. Supervisory duties involve directly supervising Project Managers and overseeing the Project Management department, including hiring, training, and performance appraisal.
