Your Mission:
- Revolutionize the way general contractors and subcontractors match on our marketplace using AI.
- Actively shape the product vision in a small team with direct impact on thousands of users.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own marketplace dynamics between General contractors and Subcontractors, ensuring healthy supply-demand balance.
- Own search, matching, and recommendation mechanisms to increase relevance and bid rate.
- Analyze marketplace metrics and identify AI use cases for matching and recommendations.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of product management experience with two- or multi-sided marketplaces.
- Experience with search or matching algorithms and strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
