Responsibilities:
- Act as contact for client data/reporting requests and partner with leadership for actionable insights.
- Monitor AR performance, identify aging trends, and partner with teams to prioritize high-value accounts.
- Manage daily staff activities, oversee billing for all AR financial classes, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience spanning multi-entity AR operations and analytics.
- 2+ years in a managerial role; advanced Excel required; CPSI EHR experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Remote/hybrid with reliable high-speed internet and HIPAA-compliant workspace required.
- 5% travel; must have secure Wi-Fi and a private workspace free from unauthorized access.
