Own the full lifecycle of FIAT product development — from strategy design, roadmap planning, and execution to optimization and iteration. Take a holistic view of the fiat business, connecting all key components (on-ramp, off-ramp, payment channels, compliance, and user experience) into one cohesive ecosystem. Design intuitive user journeys that encourage users to trade, deposit, and engage more actively, through data insights and behavioral analysis. Develop and execute growth strategies that increase fiat liquidity, conversion rates, and transaction frequency. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and marketing to align priorities and deliver market-ready solutions. Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify pain points, improve UX, and drive product innovation. Leverage AI and analytics tools to improve decision-making, automate processes, and enhance overall product efficiency. Operate independently as a self-driven problem solver, able to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive outcomes without heavy supervision.
