Finance and G&A Systems, Sr. Manager

In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, optimization, and management of the systems and processes that power our Finance, People, and broader G&A functions. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure our internal systems scale efficiently and support data integrity, automation, and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape foundational infrastructure and help emerging business functions mature as the company continues to scale. Responsibilities include: Systems Ownership: Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of core G&A systems — including ERP (e.g., NetSuite), expense management (e.g., Ramp, Expensify), payroll and equity platforms, HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), FP&A (e.g., Adaptive Insights), and procurement platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders in Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to understand requirements, design integrated solutions, and maintain data consistency across platforms. Project Management: Oversee system implementations, integrations, and upgrades; coordinate vendors, manage timelines, and ensure successful adoption. Process Design & Automation: Identify and drive process improvements across G&A functions, leveraging APIs, AI-driven analytics, middleware, and native integrations  Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy across systems; develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into company-wide G&A metrics. Governance & Compliance: Maintain proper controls, access, and audit readiness for all G&A systems, ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal policies. Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and consultants supporting systems initiatives.
