Member of Legal, Commercial Counsel

We need a sharp legal negotiator to assist with the documentation of our core services - all missions critical to our operations. In addition, we need someone with intellect and curiosity to help us continue to improve our business and agreements. The Member of Legal, Commercial Counsel role involves negotiating complex agreements and understanding contract principles. You will manage internal and external timelines for agreement turnaround, assist in improving existing agreements, and monitor client agreement workflows. A deep knowledge of Anchorage Digital's strategy and active engagement with different groups is essential. You should be able to communicate complex issues clearly and execute on cross-team goals.
