Job Description
The Coding Auditor-Educator role involves utilizing coding classification systems to support the facility and Coding Service Center. The role includes answering coding and billing questions, onboarding and training new staff, performing coding audits, and developing coding education. The Coding Auditor-Educator works with leadership in planning coding education and training. This person performs internal audits and follow up education. They also facilitate standardization of coding practices, monitors regulatory changes and participates in strategic planning.
