Software Developer

The Role:

• This is an uplift hire to raise the team's capability, not just fill a slot.
• You will own real client work end-to-end, building and maintaining Acumatica customisations and integrations.
• We care more about strong engineering fundamentals, learning velocity, and AI-tooling fluency than years in ERP.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain MYOB Acumatica customisations and integrations through source control, code review, and quoting.
• Own a client ticket queue, diagnose, resolve, and keep clients informed proactively.
• Work AI-augmented with Claude Code, MACK, and tooling to move faster and to a higher standard.

What Success Looks Like:

• Productive in Acumatica customisation and integration work, delivering through the dev process.
• Running your own ticket queue with near-zero items sitting unattended past 5 business days.
• Quoting reliably and delivering to estimate, and using AI tooling fluently to contribute ideas that lift the whole team.
