Role Focus:
- Modernize the data ecosystem by transitioning from DHIC to a Cloud Data Access (CDA) architecture for Guidewire base tables.
- Build consolidated data assets that combine Guidewire data with legacy P&C mainframe systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to team standards and the development of technology architecture for the domain.
- Provide technical leadership and project management for data integration and reporting projects.
- Stay abreast of IT innovations and apply them to improve operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of IT experience with 1-2 years of project management experience.
- Required expertise with Guidewire CDA, DHIC, and strong SQL skills for large insurance datasets.
- Preferred experience with Snowflake, dbt, and a strong understanding of SDLC and database design.
