Solutions Engineer

Collaborate closely with the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, providing both product expertise and competitive strategy. You will own product demos, tailoring each to prospects' unique needs while clearly and simply showcasing the features of Freshpaint. Provide clear guidance on legal and security calls, addressing customer concerns around system architecture, compliance, privacy and data security. Drive continuous process improvement for the SE team, streamlining workflows to improve our knowledge management and overall team success.

Expertise with customer data platforms, digital marketing strategy, digital analytics, and the positioning of vendors within these spaces is needed. Industry knowledge around healthcare, health tech, and health-adjacent businesses is useful. You should be very comfortable using browser dev tools.
