Process Automation Specialist with AI focus

As a Process Automation Specialist at Kasa, you will partner with department leaders to identify manual processes and automation opportunities, building automated solutions using modern tools and AI-enhanced processes. You will develop dashboards and monitoring systems for process performance, design AI-powered automation solutions, and build API integrations to connect various tools. You’ll also implement orchestration platforms and create documentation for automated processes. Close collaboration with engineering teams and external vendors will be required to integrate automation, measure the impact of automation initiatives, and train the team on new systems. Success will be measured by time savings, error reduction, and improved efficiency across multiple departments. Additional success includes the implementation of AI solutions, the establishment of an automation prioritization approach, and the development of strong partnerships with department leaders to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
