This leader will oversee the guest-facing service team and virtual property operations team, setting strategy and driving improvements in guest satisfaction, efficiency, and property quality. The leader will also bring experience managing adjacent virtual service functions, including Trust and Safety. This is a fast-moving role at a growing company.
In this remote position, you will help build Kasa's global brand by ensuring that our fellow team members are paid accurately and on time while staying on top of compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions and processing our semi-monthly payroll reports. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and efficient administrative capabilities, reporting to the Director of Finance and working cross-functionally.
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will build a personal connection with our guests through phone, email, and chat support to address a variety of needs. Your primary focus will be creating a 5-star guest experience through genuine care, efficient guest support, and problem resolution to enable customers to feel at home when they stay at a Kasa property.

This executive role is crucial to Kasa’s success and will directly report to the CEO and interface with the Board of Directors. The SVP will oversee both regional operations model and centralized operational systems, bringing together strategy, people, technology, and on-site execution.
As a TechOps Specialist at Kasa, you will maintain data integrity, perform system maintenance, resolve technical issues, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams. You will also lead technical triaging efforts by evaluating, prioritizing, and directing technical issues to the appropriate teams for swift resolution.
