Intellectual Property Paralegal

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal to join our dynamic IP team. This role involves supporting a range of IP matters, primarily focused on trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The IP Paralegal will prepare, file, and prosecute foreign and domestic trademark and copyright documents, record trademark and copyright assignments, and manage related documentation. This role also communicates with international counsel regarding trademark enforcement matters, performs trademark searches and analyzes results, and maintains the IP docket to ensure deadlines are met.
