The Technical Onboarding Specialist will serve as an Onboarding Specialist for school districts, providing in-depth technical expertise and guidance throughout rostering and provisioning process. They will engage and support educator inquiries through Kiddom Roster Support cases Provision correct curriculum and Kiddom features for customers across the country.
They will also collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Learning to foster a positive onboarding experience to our customers Engage with IT directors, school administrators, and educational leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and technical environments and partner with third-party vendors to establish processes and procedures for custom integrations. The specialist will also stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the K-12 EdTech space to proactively identify business opportunities for enhancements to our services.
