Software Engineering Manager

Develop essential applications that enable customers to engage with Flock’s mission to eliminate crime effectively. The Nova Team is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join our team to lead and build our ground breaking new product to provide sophisticated data mining techniques to provide speed, accuracy and thoroughness to the investigation process. This role is crucial for addressing how the team and its products should evolve to fit within the Flock ecosystem as well as evolve to fill a critical missing need for our customers. A successful candidate will quickly learn our culture and technology landscape to be able to adapt this early stage product to fit into the overall mission of Flock. The role will involve hands on coding and will require strong leadership skills and confidence in leading staff or distinguished engineers.
