Senior AI Programmer

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior AI Programmer to join their team for Cyberpunk 2. This person will contribute to the development of believable game worlds by creating systems and features that empower designers to craft advanced AI behaviors. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with designers and developers to understand their needs, building and maintaining systems that define AI behavior in an open world, developing debug and designer tools, writing optimized code, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. For this role, you can choose between a remote-first or office-first working mode. Office-First means working primarily from the Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Cracow office for a minimum of 10 days per month. Remote-First means working from home, or from any location that is within 3 hours of the GMT+3 time zone.
