Job Description

As the VP of Technical Services at TigerData, you’ll take the helm of a critical function that spans Implementation Engineering and Technical Support. Reporting directly to our CTO and Co-founder, this is a rare opportunity to architect and scale the customer-facing technical experience. You will be responsible for designing and operationalizing how we serve our customers technically: ensuring customer engagements are scoped and executed effectively, technical teams are aligned, escalations are minimized, and customer outcomes are owned end-to-end. In addition to an emerging PS/IE team, TigerData runs a follow-the-sun global support staffed 24x7. The role is remote and open to candidates in North American or European time zones. You will build repeatable playbooks, scalable service delivery models, and high-performing teams with a bias for speed, clarity, and quality.
