• Specialized knowledge is sought in Digital Health & Transformation, AI & Machine Learning, and Agentic AI & Automation.
• Additional key domains include Health IT & EHR systems, Data & Analytics, and IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.

Engagement Model:

• Experts work directly on client projects alongside AVIA VPs and Directors to solve complex challenges.
• This is not traditional consulting; it is a network-based model for quick deployment to support health system decisions.

Application Process:

• The company may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications.
• Final hiring decisions are made by humans, and inquiries about data processing can be directed to the company.
