Senior Counsel, Regulatory & Compliance

Healthcare Regulatory & Product Counseling:

• Lead and provide practical advice on healthcare regulatory issues.
• Counsel product, clinical, and operations teams on product design consistent with legal requirements.
• Manage U.S. and international regulatory reviews for new offerings.

Privacy & Data Governance:

• Serve as legal advisor on privacy and data governance.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security to assess privacy and security risks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate privacy and data terms in vendor agreements.

AI Governance:

• Draft and advise on legal frameworks governing the ethical use of data for AI/ML.
• Advise on the legal implications of AI/ML usage in mental health products.
• Develop internal policies and procedures for responsible AI.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Help support Modern Health’s regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Assess and prioritize regulatory, privacy, and compliance risks.
• Support compliance certifications, audits, and internal reviews.
